Research Progress in Relationship Between Tryptase and Diseases

类胰蛋白酶由大多数人肥大细胞表达,主要有α,β和γ三种类型,是四聚体的丝氨酸蛋白酶,以活性形式储存在肥大细胞的脱颗粒中,具有促进气道修复、调节平滑肌张力和反应性、激活肥大细胞、增加微血管通透性和刺激肿瘤血管增生等生物学功能,能启动多种疾病反应的进程,与多种疾病的发生和发展有关。

Tryptases are expressed in most human mastcells and composed of α-,β-and γ-tryptases. Tryptases are tetrameric serine protease stored in a fully enzymatically active state in secretory granules of mast cells. Tryptases have many biological functions,for example contributing to airway remodeling, modulating airway smooth muscle tone and responsiveness, activating mast cells, accelerating microvessel permeability, stimulating the proliferation of tumor blood vessel and so on. They seem to be capable of inducing and driving a variety of processes of various diseases and be relevant to occurrence and development of many diseases.
