Dynamic Fracture Toughness:Specificity and Particular Aspects

摘要 动态断裂过程有着某些特异性并有别于静态断裂过程.断裂韧性一般随加栽率提高而降低,但在某些情况下也会提高(如高聚物).分散性和断裂表面的粗糙度随加载率而提高.时问起着重要作用,并有两个特征时间已被确认:孕育时间和临界时间.本文给出了一些典型的动态断裂例子:层裂,弹塑性动态断裂以及源于缺口的动态断裂. Dynamic fracture process presents some peculiarities and differs from static fracture process. Fracture toughness generally decreases with loading rate but can increase in some cases (polymers) . Scatter and fracture surface roughness increases with loading rate. Time plays an important role and two characteristic times have been identified: incubation and critical times. This paper gives some examples of typical dynamic fracture: spoiling, elastoplastic dynamic fracture and dynamic fracture emanating from notches.
