价值观是人生观、世界观确立的向导,高校的价值观教育是素质教育乃至思想品德教育的基础性工作。当代大学生的价值观有不同于过去及其他群体的特点,高校应依据这些特点探索价值观教育的内容与方法。价值观教育的内容应具有时代性和针对性,价值观教育的方法应考虑层次性和多样性。

Values are the guide of world outlook and outlook on life. Values education in higher learning is the foundation of quality education and moral education. The values of contemporary college students are different from those of the past and those of other groups. Higher learning should make research into the contents and methods of values education according to those special features. The contents should be uptodate and to the point. And the methods should be multilevel and manifold.
