National Sovereignty and its Evolution against the Backdrop of Economic Globalization

认为主权这一个历史范畴不是永恒不变的。沿用几个世纪的绝对排他式的主权学说,不可避免地受到经济全球化一定的冲击和影响,但没有也不可能取消国家主权。国家对主权作出某些让渡是相互的,是社会进步的一种代价。

It is believed that overeignty is a term within the history category, which does not remain unchanged. The absolutely exclusive sovereignty theory that has been followed for several centuries will inevitably suffer from the impact of economic globalization, under which the national sovereignty, however, has not been and will not be eliminated. Nations mutually, to some extent, transfer sovereignty powers, which is a cost for social progress.
