通过一系列的数据分析看出,1998年以来我国实施的积极的财政政策取得了扩大内需和促进经济发展的良好效果,同时由于这一政策的长期实施,经济运行中也存在着一些需要注意的问题。目前,积极的财政政策还不宜淡出,但是财政政策工具的选择上需要有所改变。
