探讨普通话水平测试标准的理解和运用问题,从音位学角度对正误界定分歧问题作详细阐述,同时分析测试误差产生的原因,探索提高测试准确性、科学性的途径,以使测试更贴近普通话的共时实际。

This paper is to probe into the problems of how to understand the test criteria for Standard Chinese proficiency and how to apply them. From phonemic point of view, this paper has dwelt upon the differences between correct and incorrect definitions. At the same time, it has analyzed why errors occur in the test and how to improve the test in a right and scientific way with a hope that the test can indicate the synchronical reality of candidates' standard Chinese.
