摘要
分析了DG410/100-2型锅炉高温过热器爆管的原因,重点对带基本负荷机组改调峰机组后锅炉出现的保持正常主汽温度与高温受热面超温的矛盾作了阐述,从检修与运行两方面对预防措施进行了探讨。
The reason of DG410/100-2 boiler high temperature superheater tube rupture are analyzed,the contradiction between keeping nomal main steam temperature and high temperature heat surface overheating,which is created after a nomal boiler changed into a peak shaving boiler are expounded.And the prevention measures are discussed concerning boiler maintance and operation.
