The Clinical Observation of the Tetric Flow to Treat Pit and Fissure Caries of the Youth

目的 观察Dyractflow流动复合体作为预防性树脂充填材料治疗年轻恒牙窝沟龋的临床疗效。 方法 用Dyractflow流动复合体充填年轻恒牙窝沟龋损并封闭其它窝沟。对照组采用光固化复合树脂充填龋洞 ,其余用窝沟封闭剂封闭。结果 随访 2年观察试验组及对照组在龋齿成功率上无明显差异。膜保留率有明显差异。结论对于年轻恒牙窝沟龋 。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of using the tetric flow to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth.Methods experimental group was applied the tetric flow to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth. Control group was applied the photosensitizer resin to treat pit and fissure caries of the youth.Results Follow-up survey the patients for 2 years.The experimental group and the control group have no distinct difference.The membrance retention rate have obvious difference.Conclusion Tetric flow can be used to treat the pit and fissure caries of the youth as prevention material.And the method can be extensively applied.
