摘要
目的 探讨外伤性下泪小管断裂修复术的方法,总结手术失败的原因 方法 外伤性下泪小管断裂26例均为单眼,其中20例采用直视法,2例采用环形插管术,4例采用泪囊切开术修复。结果 26例中24例成功吻合,2例失败。结论下泪小管断裂不管采用何种方法,只要准确无误寻找到断端并进行正确吻合,术后留管时间恰当,都可收到满意的效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment method for traumatic inferior canalicular laceration and find the cause of failure of surgery. Methods 26 cases (26eyes) of inferior canalicular laceration were treated, 20 of them were anastomosed directly, 2 were repaired by cycle intubation,4 were reconstructed through lacrimal sac incision. Results The successful rate was 92.3% (24/26). Conclusion In inferior canalicular laceration repair,find the cuts and anastomose them correctly is the most important things.
