Nd:YAG激光与内高频电灼治疗泪道阻塞的对比观察

Comparison of Nd: YAG and high-frequency electric cautery for dacryagogatresia.

目的 比较Nd:YAG激光与内高频电灼两种方法治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法 对355例428眼各种泪道阻塞分为2组。A组167例207眼行Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术;B组188例221眼行内高频电灼术。随访6～24月,观察其疗效并进行对比。结果 A组治疗上泪道阻塞有效率为88.68％,显著优于B组的68.29％(P<0.05);A组治疗下泪道阻塞有效率83.11％,与B组的86.11％(P>0.05)。结论 Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术对各种类型的泪道阻塞均有较好疗效。

Objective To compare the effects of high-frequency electric cautery and Nd:YAG for dacryagogatresia. Methods 167 cases (207eyes) with dacryagogatresia were treated by endolacrimal Nd: YAG laser reconstruction. 169 cases(222eyes)with dacryagogatresia were treated with high-frequency electric cautery. All patients were followed up for 6-24 months. The curative effects of the both methods were compared.Results In the cases with the block of upper lacrimal passage, the cure rate was 88.68% in Nd: YAG group and 68.29% in high-frequency electric cautery group. In the cases with the block of lower lacrimal passage,the cure rate was 83.11% in Nd:YAG group and 86.11% in highfrequency electric cautery group. The difference of the cure rate in the cases with the block of lower lacrimal passage in the two groups was no statistic significance. Conclusion Nd:YAG is worthy for the treatment of dacryagogatresia.
