摘要
以羧甲基纤维素(carboxymethylcellulose,简称CMC)为基材,石蜡为油相,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,在反相乳液中合成羧甲基纤维素 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(CMC g DMDAAC AM)。考察了乳化剂、引发剂、油水体积比和单体配比对接枝共聚反应的影响,得到合成CMC g DMDAAC AM的最佳条件为:w(totalmonomers)=35%,m(DMDAAC)∶m(AM)=1∶1.75,w(Span 80)=6%,引发剂c[(NH2)4S2O8]=0.055mol/L,油水体积比V(油)∶V(水)=1.2∶1,θ=48℃,t=4h。
Graft copolymer of carboxy methyl cellulose-dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride -acrylamide was synthesized by inverse phase emulsior copolymerization. In the reaction, the paraffin was used as oil phase. Dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide were used as monomers. Effects of the following reactor conditions on the graft copolymerization are discussed: the emulsifer, the initiator,the volume ratio of oil and water, the mass ratio of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and acrylamide. The optium condiction of CMC-g-AM-AA is determined as follow:w(total monomers)=35%, m(DMDAAC)∶m(AM)=1∶1.75, w(Span-80)=6%, 玞=0.055?mol/L, V(oil)∶V(water)=1.2∶1, θ=48?℃, (t=4?h.)
