摘要
利用TiO2光催化氧化悬浮体系,对影响染料直接桃红12R降解的因素———pH、反应的初始浓度、反应时间以及TiO2的用量进行了研究。影响染料降解率的4个因素的主次关系为pH>初始浓度>TiO2投加量>反应时间。得出的降解染料直接桃红12R溶液的最佳工艺条件为:pH为4,反应时间为30min,初始浓度为20mg/L以及TiO2投加量0.13g,在此条件下溶液的脱色率为94.8%。并进行了动力学实验,得出了该反应符合一级动力学模式,为一级反应。
Using suspended semi-conductor photocatalytic oxidization technique, factors affecting the photo degradation rate of direct red 12R are investigated, including pH, virgin concentration of the dye, reaction time, and TiO_2 quantity. The order of these four factors is determined. The optimum reaction condition is as follows: pH value, 4; reaction time, 30?min; virgin concentration of the dye, 20?mg/L; TiO_2 quantity, 0.13?g. Under this condition, the degradation rate of direct red 12R is 94.8%. Dynamics experiment shows that the reaction conforms to the first level dynamics model, being the first level reaction.
