摘要
沙门氏菌产草酸盐降解酶,能够降解草酸或草酸钙。对草酸盐降解酶性质作了分析,结果表明,酶作用的最适温度为40℃,最适pH值为7.0,最适底物浓度为30%,金属离子Na+、Mg2+、K+、Cu2+、NH4+对酶无明显的激活抑制作用。
The strain of Salmonella bacteria was isolated for the production of oxalate-degrading enzyme, which could degrade both the oxalic acid and calcium oxalate. Properties of the oxalate-degrading enzyme were characterized. The optimum enzymolysis condition is as follows: temperature, 40?℃; pH, 7.0; substrate concentration, 30%. The enzyme activity is not influenced obviously by metal iron.
