摘要
提出了一种基于图像处理的非接触测量系统设计,介绍了系统的组成及测量原理,给出了对几何参数进行测量的基本方法。并说明保证测量可靠性的两项主要技术:图像二值化处理,光栅标定。
The paper presents a non-contact measuring system based on image processing. A general measuring method of geometric parameters of cutting tools and the keys to ensure the system reability of measurent: binary fission in image processing and optical grating calibration are described in detailed.
