摘要
采用低场强磁选—高频振动细筛与直接低场强磁选两种工艺流程 ,预先从南山铁矿凹山选矿厂一段粗磁精矿中提取一部分合格精矿的工艺试验研究结果表明 ,采用低场强磁选—细筛新工艺可以提取产率 1 0 .0 9%、品位6 4.6 5%的合格精矿 ,从而可以大大降低后续磨选作业负荷 。
By the industry experiments of low-density magnetic separating-high frequent vibrating sieving and the only low density magnetic processing, both of which can produce qualified concentrate from the first magnetic concentrating product of Nanshan Mine . It can achieve good concentrate with the rate of 10.09 %and the grade of 64.65% to practice the low-density magnetic separating process. The grade and recovery of the final concentrate ,then, can be promoted because the load of the next millers and magnetic separators is reduced。
