介孔分子筛SBA-15负载的双亚胺镍催化剂的合成及乙烯聚合 被引量:4

摘要 应用新型介孔分子筛SBA-15为载体,成功地对后过渡金属镍双亚胺催化剂进行了物理和化学负载,并应用元素分析,等离子体发射光谱(ICP),FT—IR和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)等对载体催化剂进行了表征.乙烯聚合结果表明,载体催化剂不仅具有镍双亚胺均相催化剂的高活性,而且由于载体孔道效应生成了纤维状聚乙烯,同时聚合物的分子量和分子量分布较均相催化剂有大幅度提高.
