综述了脯氨肽酶 (prolidase)的生化性质 ,详细论述了人脯氨肽酶的生理、理化性质、序列及其空间结构 ,并对动物组织与微生物中存在的脯氨肽酶性质进行了比较。
Prolidase (peptidase D, imidodipeptidase, E.C.3.4.13.9)is a ubiquitous enzyme which splits dipeptides with proline or hydroxyproline as their C-terminal amino acid. The biochemical properties of prolidases are exhaustively described. The physiological and physico-chemical properties of human prolidases are summarized. The structures of human prolidase Ⅰ gene, mRNA , subunit protein, the mature protein and the three-dimensional structure are reviewed. Moreover, the biochemical properties of prolidases in animals and microorganisms are compared.
