摘要 用有限元法分析了由六对磁极组成的耦合器在不同角度差时所能传递的转矩,将分析结果拟合成曲线,并建立了动态失水仪系统的调速模型。通过仿真模拟,得到了在未失速时和失速时耦合器的转矩、电机和动失水仪转子的转速等随时间的变化关系。结果表明,在启动时电机的转速和转子的转速是不同步的;失速和未失速两种情况下电机的电枢电流有很大的区别,为自动检测转子是否已经启动提供了方法。 The torque transferred by 6 pairs of magnetic poles at various angle differences is analyzed by using finite element, they are fitted into curves. An investigation model of a DFL instrument system is established. The torque of coupler, the variation relationships of time and rotating speeds of motor and rotor with time are obtained when it is coupled and uncoupled. The results show that the rotating speeds of the motor and rotor are not synchronal during starting up. The armature current of the motor has significant difference during stalling and unstalling, by which a method is provided for checking automatically if the rotor is started.
