摘要
利用高强度陡脉冲对恶性肿瘤细胞的不可逆性电击穿的特点 ,将现代电力电子技术应用于高压陡脉冲发生器的设计中 ,研制了一套能量可控高强度陡脉冲肿瘤治疗仪及其计算机测控系统。仪器的脉冲频率、脉冲宽度和脉冲峰值独立可调 ,从而实现了对输出能量的控制 ,满足了肿瘤治疗离体实验的要求 。
According to irreversible electrical breakdown (IREB) of malignant tumor cell,this paper has developed a high intensity steep pulse apparatus and computer processing system applied in tumor treatment,which is integrated with power electronics and conventional high voltage pulse generator.Pulse frequency,width and peak value of the device can be adjusted independently, so it can control the output energy and satisfy the demand of medical vitro experiment.The apparatus can also be used in tumor cell or animal experiment.
