Population and Family Planning Law”will bring into effect on1st,September.It is a new question to all levels of fam-ily planning management departments how the work of population and family planning is brought into legal road.The article puts forward four aspects in order to study the law and bring the law into effect.The aspects includes grasping the current family planning policy,changing the concept and method of manage-ment,using the power and obligation according to the law and exerting government affair.
