随着中国加入WTO,作为中国改革开放前沿和经济发展龙头的上海市,要建社成为国际经济、金融、贸易和航运中心,必须有大量的国际化人才资源作支撑。本文通过上海市留学人员需求状况调查,分析目前上海的海外留学人员的现状。并对人才国际化提出相关的思考。

With China' s entering into WTO,Shanghai,as an out-standing reform and opening-up mark,needs huge pool of interna-tionalized talents to bolster Shanghai to become a center of inter-national economy,finance,trade and shipment.The paper explores the current situation of the requirement situation of Shanghai em-ployees abroad through the survey and then propose the relative thoughts on Internationalization of intelligent talents in Shanghai.
