In western countries,ageing populations have great neg-ative influence on the pension system、government expense and economical growth.As a result,some combined reform plans,nor-mally including the reform of the pension system、labor market,fiscal budget and so on,were implemented in recent years.At the same time,some measures were also taken to stimulate the growth of production and private saving in these countries.Until now,the outcome of such move has been promising.
