摘要
为了利用好织物动态热湿舒适性能测试仪测得的织物热流曲线,将织物热流曲线分解成上升、平衡、下降3个阶段来提取特征值。织物热流曲线可用特征值上升速率、热流增量、下降速率及蒸发时间来进行表征。可以利用这些特征值进行聚类分析、主成分分析,由此能方便地区分不同织物的动态热湿舒适性能。还可以利用织物基本性能参数与第一主成分的关系式通过织物的基本性能预测织物的动态热湿舒适性能。
Study on characterization and application of Heat flow curve of the fabric was carried out with fabric dynamic heat-moisture comfort-ability tester .Heat flow curve of the fabric is divided into three stages including rise-balance-decline, and extracted feature values. Heat flow curve of the fabric can be characterized with feature values of heat flow curve including rise speed, increment of heat flow, decline speed, and time interval of evaporation. Cluster analysis and principal component analysis can be carried out with these feature values, and in this way dynamic heat-moisture comfortability of different fabrics can be conveniently differentiated. Furthermore, dynamic heat-moisture comfortability of fabrics can be predicted according to the basic properties of fabric by utilizing the relationship formula about the basic performance parameters of fabric and the first principal component.
