服装微小气候测量系统

SYSTEMATICALLY MEASURING THE TEMPERATURE & RELATIVE HUMIDITY OF CLOTHING MICROCLIMATE

摘要 对实验室现有的实验仪器———热板仪进行了适当改造,通过计算机计算系统连续读取实验数据并将数据进行处理。运用该实验仪器,选择不同的织物,在不同的实验条件下,测量织物微小气候空间内温度和相对湿度的变化。为了验证测量系统的精确性,将实测值和理论计算值比较,测量结果和理论计算结果吻合良好。结果表明,该仪器能够较好地测试不同织物的微小气候内温、湿度的动态变化过程。 An experimental apparatus-hot plate was refitted, and this apparatus could deal with data by computer system. The temperature and relative humidity in microclimate of fabrics made from fibers with different levels of hygroscopicity were compared using this measuring system. In order to examine the precision of this measuring system, the measured results and predicted ones were compared, and there was a good agreement between experiment and prediction for the temperature and relative humidity of the clothing microclimate. The experimental results indicated that the measuring system could precisely measure the dynamical process of the temperature and the relative humidity for different fabrics.
