摘要
建立了一种迷迭香酸的分光光度测定方法,迷迭香酸在50~300μg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。将该方法与液相色谱测定方法进行比较,二者测定结果差异不大。本方法可快速、简便、准确地测定苏叶中迷迭香酸的含量。
A spectrophotometric method for determination of rosmarinic acid in perilla frutescence was established. The linear measurement range was 50~300 μg. This method was compared with that of (HPLC.) The difference between the results obtained with the two methods was not significant. This report provided a quick, simple and precise method for determination of rosmarinic acid.
