摘要
对山东荣成月湖水中的浮游动,植物种类、数量及分布变化进行了研究。采用浅水浮游生物网自水底至水表面采集浮游动、植物,样品经固定后称重、计数及初步分类,同时进行各采样点的水质采集及分析。水质检测结果显示月湖水质的酸度正常,重金属、磷、总无机氮、溶解氧符合一类水质标准,COD属于三类水质标准。浮游植物统计结果表明,靠近入海口的站位9#其浮游植物最为丰富多样,其它站位的浮游植物则较少。在总共检出29种浮游植物中,优势种占6种;浮游动物检出22种,其中优势种占6种。研究结果与1982年荣成南部靖海湾的调查结果(浮游植物26种,浮游动物18种)相比,其浮游生物种类与数量有所提高。
The investigation on phytoplankton and zooplankton abundance, dominant species, water quality (BOD, COD, NO^-_(3)-N, NO^-_(2)-N, NH^+_(3)-N, PO^(3-)_4) was carried out during the late spring, 2001 in the Yuehu inlet, Shandong peninsular. The results show that the water quality of the inlet is normal and can be regarded as Class I Water according to the National Standard of the Seawater's Quality. Statistic results show that the biodiversities of the phytoplankton and zooplankton in the inlet have been improved significantly but showing a large regional difference in abundance. The differences among regions were closely related to the stability of the water column. The high stability of the water column was favorable for phytoplankton growth.
