让教育走入社区

LET EOUCATION INTO COMMUNITY

当前,“以社区为依托,提高全民素质和发展社区”的新格局正在我国社区教育领域逐步建立,并从过去单纯“提高青少年素质”的学校社区教育,拓展为“提高社区全体成员的素质、生活质量和发展社区”的社区教育。 近些年,我国的社区教育已经取得了长足的发展,在一些社区教育发展比较好的地区,地区教育已经从自发走向自觉,从无序步入有序,从活动型转向制度型、实体型、网络型和规范型,从经验型转为科研型,并且把社区教育的理论与实践紧密结合起来,产生了良好的社会效应。社区教育将以其“社区与教育结合”的独特教育方式,日益显示出深远的社会意义。

Li Yi Xian, the professor of Education College of Beijing Normal University and the general director of Institute of National Education Sociology, says in his recent article that a new structure with community as its base and improve people's diathesis and develop community gradually sets up within the community education field in china. Now the only aim of community education to improve youth diathesis has expanded to improving the diathesis of whole members in community, their living standard and developing community. This kind of community education is our urgent affair. Mr. Li's article discusses the requirement of community education from the following sides such as developing community, improving diathesis of whole people, stepping into study society and sharing of education resources. He also points out several sides which need to be paid attention to as follow: the core of community construction, volunteers to explore community education, focus on community education to the weak parts of people, web-learning bringing convenient to community education and leading the community education with theory.
