影响学报编校质量的关键是编校人员没有认真履行自己的职责,缺乏责任心和敬业意识。"编校合一"适应学报的工作特性,有利于增强编辑的责任心,对提高学报的编校质量和整体学术水平均有益处。

The key to impair the quality of journals of higher learning institutions is that editors and proofreaders are not very conscientious in their work.To combine editing and proofreading into one is to help improve the editors' sense of responsibility,the journal's quality and integral academic standard.
