Moral Construction Combining with the Rule of Law and System Building

在社会主义市场经济条件下实施道德建设 ,必须与法制建设和政治、经济体制改革结合起来。道德建设只有同法制的完善相结合 ,才能得到促进 ;道德建设只有同体制的改革相结合 ,才能得到推动。

Under the condition of market economy of socialism moral construction implementing must be combined with the rule of law and reforms of political and economic system .Only after moral construction is combined perfectly with the rule of law,can it be promoted.Moral building can be promoted after it is combined with system reforms.
