目的 探讨老年心律失常与冠心病之间的关系。 方法 对我院近 2年来 6 0例老年人心律失常伴或不伴心绞痛及缺血性心电改变的患者冠脉造影资料分析。 结果 心律失常伴心绞痛及心肌缺血者冠心病阳性率高。 结论

Objective To discuss the relation between the senile arrythmias and coronary arteriosclerosis.Methods To conduct analysis to the data of arrhythmias accompanying with or not with angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia ECG change.Results The higher positive rate is in patients with arrhythmias accompanying angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia.Conclusion The relation between the senile arrhythmias and coronary arterioclerosis is close.
