氨氯地平治疗中老年性高血压临床分析

Clincial Analysis of Amoldipine on Middle-Old Age's Hypertension

目的 观察氨氯地平 (Amlodipine)对中老年性高血压患者的血压、心率及肾功能的影响。 方法 分别测量用药前后高血压患者的血压、心率及肾功能具体数值 ,再作统计学分析。 结果 Amlolipine可明显降低高血压患者的血压 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对心率和肾功能的影响不大 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 Amlodipine是一种完全有效的降压药。

Objective To observe the influence of Amoldipine on patients of middle-old age's BP,HR and the kindney function.Methods The numerical value of hypertension patients'BP/HR and the kidney function were measured before and after treatment respectively,then it was given statistical analysis,Results Amlodipine lowerd the hypertension patients BP obviously (P<0.01),but limited influence on HR and the kidney function(P>0.05)respectively.Conclusion Amlodipine is a safe effective medicine is middle-old age's hypertension.
