Observation of Clinical Effect of Ibasartan in Treating Slight and Middle Hypertension

目的 探讨伊贝沙坦治疗轻、中度高血压的疗效和安全性。 方法 10 0例轻、中度高血压病患者随机分为伊贝沙坦组 (A组 )和贝那普利组 (B组 ) ,A组服伊贝沙坦 15 0mg/d ,B组服贝那普利 10mg/d ,疗程 8周 ,观察血压变化及不良反应。 结果 A组和B组降压有效率分别为 76 %和 72 % ,两组比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,A组无 1例发生咳嗽 ,B组咳嗽发生率 10 %。 结论 伊贝沙坦 15 0mg/d与贝那普利 10mg/d均能有效降压 。

Objective to explore the effect and safety of Ibasartan in treating slight middle hypertension.Methods 100 patients with slight middle hypertenson were randomly divided inito group A(Ibasartan) and Group B (Benapril). Group A was given Ibasartan 150mg/d, treatment course 8 weeks. and observe their change of blood pressure and bad reaction.Results the depressive effect rate of group A and B are respectively 76% and 72%, there's no obvious difference between the two groups.(P>0.05) In group A, no any cough happened, group B's cough occurance rate is 10%.Conclusion Ibasartan 150mg/d and Benapril 10mg/d both can effectively decrease B.P but the tolerance of Ibasartan is better.
