摘要
为了解苦豆子碱(Aloperine)消毒液杀菌效果与毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验与动物毒性试验。结果,1:1倍稀释的苦豆子碱消毒液对大肠杆菌作用5 min,对白色念珠菌作用10 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 min,对淋病奈瑟菌作用20 min,平均杀灭率均可达99.90%以上。有机物的存在对其杀菌作用有一定影响,对金属无腐蚀作用。经54℃温箱放置14d,杀菌效果不变。其原液对小鼠急性口服毒性LD_(50)>5000 mg/kg;对家兔皮肤粘膜及阴道粘膜无刺激性。结果表明,苦豆子碱消毒液对细菌繁殖体具有一定杀灭效果,使用安全性比较好。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of aloperine disinfectant solution, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the average kil-ling rates of Escherichia coli exposed to 1 : 1 diluted aloperine disinfectant solution for 5 min, Candida albicans exposed for 10 min, Staphylococcus aureus exposed for 15 min and Neisseria gonorrhoeae exposed for 20 min could attain over 99.90%. Presence of orgainc substance had certain influence on its germicidal ef-ficacy. It had no corrosive effect on metals. Its germicidal efficacy did not change after storing in 54癈 incu-bator for 14 days. The oral LD50 of its stock solution for mice was > 5 000 mg/ kg. It was not irritative to skin, mucous membrane and vaginal mucous membrane of rabbit. The results indicate that aloperine disin-fectant solution has certain killing effect on vegetative form of bacteria and good safety for use.
