4种品牌长链季铵盐复方消毒剂部分性能的试验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON SOME PROPERTIES OF FOUR BRANDS OF LONG-CHAIN QUATERNARY AMMONIUM SALT COMPOUND DISINFECTANTS

为了解长链季铵盐复方消毒剂的性能,对4种品牌的长链季铵盐复方消毒剂进行了载体定量杀菌试验、稳定性试验与毒性试验。结果,4种长链季铵盐复方消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀菌效果无明显区别,以其季铵盐化合物含量在500～655 mg/L的稀释液作用7 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率均在99.90％以上;其对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果有较明显差别。有机物对其消毒效果均有一定的影响,稳定性较好,属于实际无毒或低毒、轻刺激性。

In order to know the properties of long-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfect-ants, carrier quantitative germicidal test, stability test and toxicity test for 4 brands of long-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfectants were carried out. The results showed that the efficacy of the 4 kinds of long-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfectants in killing Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli presented no significant difference. The solutions of all these compound disinfect-ants containing quaternary ammonium salt compounds 500~ 655 mg / L with a 7 min contact time could kill over 99.90% of S. aureus and E. coli, while the efficacy in killing Candida albicans showed significant dif-ference between different brands. The organic substance had certain influence on all their germicidal efficacy. They had good stability and were actually non-toxic or slightly toxic and slightly irritative.
