摘要
采用悬液定量杀菌试验及电镜观察,研究固体氧化电位消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的灭活效果及对其超微结构的作用。结果,以含有效氯250 mg/L的固体氧化电位消毒剂作用20 min可使枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达100%。在透射电镜下观察到,经该消毒剂作用的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢壳质破损断裂明显,呈丝样结构,局部可见皮质区向核区凹陷、崩解,核膜结构模糊,核心溶解,有的菌体近似空壳。结果显示,固体氧化电位消毒剂杀芽孢效果优于普通含氯消毒剂,对细菌芽孢超微结构破坏明显。
In order to study the efficacy of solid electrolyzed oxidizing disinfectant in killing spores of Bacil-lus subtilis var. niger and its effect on ultrastructure of the microorganism, suspension quantitative germicidal test and electronmicroscopic observation were carried out. The results showed that the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution of solid electrolyzed oxidizing disinfectant containing available chlorine 250 mg/ L for 20 min was 100%. Transmission electronmicroscopic examina-tion found that the coat of spores of B. subtilis var. niger after exposure to the disinfectant ruptured obvious-ly and presented silk-like structure. Part of the cortex caved toward nuclear region and disintegrated. The structure of karyolemma became indistinct and the core of nucleus lysed. Some spores became nearly hollow. The results indicate that the sporicidal efficacy of solid electrolyzed oxidizing disinfectant is better than that of ordinary chlorine-containing disinfectants and destroys obviously the ultrastructure of bacterial spores.
