摘要
为了解一种纯中草药袋泡沐足剂的抑菌效果和毒性,进行了纸片法抑菌环测定和毒性试验。结果,中药沐足剂1:50倍稀释液对白色念珠菌,1:40倍稀释液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用。小鼠急性经口毒性试验显示属实际无毒级,其原液对家兔皮肤无刺激性。试验表明,该纯中草药沐足剂可安全用于脚部的抑菌、清洁止痒。
In order to know the bactenostatic efficacy and toxicity of a kind of food-bath agent packed in sachet prepared from Chinese herbal medicines, measurement of bacteriostatic ring on paper disc and toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the 1 : 50 diluted solution of the foot-bath agent had inhibitory effect on Candida albicans and 1 '. 40 diluted solution had bacteriostatic effect on Escherkhia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Mouse acute oral toxicity test showed that the agent belonged to actually nontoxic grade. Its stock solution was not irritative to rabbit skin. The results indicated that this foot-bath agent prepared from pure Chinese drugs can be used safely for inhibition of microorganisms, cleaning and st-opping the itch of foot.
