某大学洗涤中心物品消毒效果评价

EVALUATION OF EFFICACY OF DISINFECTION OF MEDICAL ARTICLES IN WASHING CENTER OF A UNIVERSITY

为了评价洗涤中心对医疗用品清洗消毒效果,对清洗消毒前、后的物品进行随机抽样检测。结果,消毒前病人被服、医务人员工作服、手术衣等细菌总数全部超标,大肠菌群超标率为60％,致病菌检出率为44％。清洗消毒后的病人被服、医务人员工作服、手术衣等细菌总数全部不超标,均未检出大肠杆菌和致病菌,运物车仍有部分不合格。结果表明,洗涤中心清洗消毒技术和消毒处理结果符合卫生规范要求。

In order to evaluate the efficacy of washing and disinfecting medical articles in a washing center, the articles were sampled randomly and examined before and after washing and disinfection. The results showed that before disinfection, the total bacterial count of bedding and clothing of patients, work clothes of medical staffs and operating gown all exceeded the allowable limit, the rate of exceeding allowable limit of coligroup bacteria was 60% and the rate of detecting pathogenic bacteria was 44%. After washing and disinfection, the total bacterial count of bedding and clothing of patients, work clothes of medical staffs and operating gown all did not exceed the allowable limit and E. coli and pathogenic bacteria were not detected, but some trolleys were still not up to standard. The results indicated that the washing and disinfection tech-nique and result of disinfection treatment in this washing center fulfill the requirement of sanitary guidelines.
