不同类型私立医疗机构消毒状况分析

ANALYSIS OF PRESENT STATUS OF DISINFECTION IN DIFFERENT KINDS OF PRIVATE MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

为了解不同类型私立医疗机构的消毒管理情况,制定针对性监管措施,采用调查表、询问、查看消毒剂和设施的使用记录等方式对三类医疗机构进行了调查。结果,在消毒器械的规范使用、医务人员手及物体表面消毒实施率等方面差异有显著性(P<0.01)。个体诊所和综合门诊部的合格率较低;在消毒药械的配置率、室内空气消毒实施率以及消毒剂、物体表面、紫外线灯的检测合格率等方面则差异无显著性(P>0.05),但合格率均较低。一次性使用医疗用品的无害化处理率极低。结果提示,必须加强消毒知识、技能的培训,加大执法力度。

In order to know the present status of disinfection management and provide basis for its supervison and management in different types of private medical institutions, three kinds of medical institu-tions were investigated by questionnaire, inquiry and looking over the use records of the disinfectants and the disinfection facility. The results showed that there were significant differences (P< 0.01) in the aspects such as standardized use of disinfection apparatus, the enforcement rate of disinfection of hands of medical staffs and object surface in the three kinds of medical institutions. The eligible rate of private clinic and com-prehensive clinic was low. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the aspects such as the equipping rate of disinfectants and disinfection devices, the disinfection implementation rate of indoor air and the eli-gible rate of disinfectants, object surface and the ultraviolet lamp, but the eligible rate was not high. The rate of harmless disposal of disposable medical appliance was very low. These results indicate that the training in disinfection knowledge and techniques and enforcement of the law should be strengthened.
