石嘴山市医疗机构消毒状况调查

SURVEY OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION WORK IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS OF SHIZUISHAN CITY

为了解石嘴山市医疗机构消毒工作质量,对室内空气、医护人员手、医疗用品等进行采样,检测细菌污染状况。结果,室内空气细菌总数超标率为80.33％,医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液细菌总数超标率分别为27.10%、21.74%、4.49%,一次性医疗用品超标率为1.06%,以个体诊所环境与物品细菌污染较严重。结果显示,应加强对医疗单位有关人员消毒知识与技术培训,建立健全消毒制度与配置消毒设施。

In order to know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions of Shizuishan City, sam-ples were taken form indoor air, hands of medical staffs and medical items for examining bacterial contami-nation. The results showed that the rate of exceeding allowable level of total bacterial count of indoor air was 66.7%~ 100%, the rates of exceeding allowable level of total bacterial count on hands of medical staffs and surfaces of objects and in in-use disinfectant solution were 0%~ 52.3%, 2.6%~ 37.8% and 0% ~ 13.8% respectively. The ineligible rate of disposable medical items was 0%~ 3.3%. The bacterial contami-nation of environment and objects in private clincs was serious. Therefore, training of the related persons with disinfection regime should be established and disinfection facilities should be equipped in these medical units, and supervision and monitoring of the disinfection work in these units should be strengthened.
