摘要
立足于高科技企业 ,从多方面考察了影响科技人力资源科技创新能力的因素 ,建立了以提高科技创新水平为目标的科技人力资源评价指标体系。采用模糊综合评价方法进行了评价分析 ,同时采用企业间的比较研究方法和调查统计分析方法对指标值加以评估。调查统计方法综合了企业内部及客户的意见 ,比较研究方法以同行业中的优秀企业作为对照。实证分析评价结果表明 ,利用本研究方法能够准确、有效地了解企业科技人力资源的现状 ,找到与优秀企业的差距及其原因 ,可为企业进一步提高科技人力资源的开发水平提供依据和参考。
Some factors that influence innovative capability of the technology human resource was studied from many aspects, evaluating index systems of technology human resources was developed in order to increase the level of creative capacity of the high-tech. Adopting misty and synthetic evaluation method, at the same time, adopting compare research between enterprises, inquiry and statistic methods, the evaluation analysis was carried out. The inquiry and statistic method colligates opinion of inner and outer clients, and an excellent enterprise is regarded as the model about the compare research between enterprises. As a result, people can truly and effectually know the actualities of the technology human resource, find out differences between enterprises and the reason, some gist and references were offered in order to increase the level of creative capacity of the high-tech of technology human resouces.
