Computer Simulation and Analysis of Mini-bus Front Crash

应用计算机模拟技术对某微型客车进行了正面碰撞模拟分析,得出车架部分在碰撞中的变形吸能所占比例最大,指出在设计和改进中应利用这一特色对微型客车前部结构采取加强措施,以达到正面碰撞的安全要求。

The application using computer simulation technology to simulate and analyze front crash of mini-bus is discussed in this paper. It proved that energy absorption capacity of deformation is the highest in the part of body frame during the crash, therefore front frame of minibus should be enhanced during design and modification to meet safety regulations of front crash.
