摘要
本文是针对降低振动噪声的问题,介绍发动机的结构分析过程,该研究是以一台车用直列4缸,排量为2L的柴油机为实验对象的。有限元模型结构分析和实验结构分析都是建立在已有的成型发动机上的。对于同一种结构,同时运用以上两种方法,可以发现,有限元的模型是具有很大的可靠性。可以用尽可能简单的有限元模型,来分析预测在缸体设计改动是否对结构特性具有很好的功效,所以说相当简单的有限元模型是一种很精确很可靠的辅助工具。
This paper introduces the analysis of engine structure focus on how vibration noise is reduced. This research is carried out with a 2 L, in-line four-cylinder prototype engine.Structure analysis of finite element model (FEM) and experimental structure analysis are studied both based on a successful engine.We found that reliability of finite element model is more better compared with experimental structure analysis for the same engine. Design modification for cylinder block is analysed and calculated by means of the simplest FEM in order to evaluate whether FEM has better effect. Finally, simpler FEM is considered to be a high precision and reliable tool.
