摘要
针对炼油厂提供的轻烃组成,应用有序直观推断规则对分离方案进行了研究,在确定出两个分离点的易分离系数相差很小,无法使用易分离系数法进行判别的情况下,利用PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件分别对可能的分离流程方案——常压和减压两种工况进行模拟计算,确定出不同的分离次序和分离条件下的精馏塔设备参数及加热蒸汽、冷却水的消耗量,通过比较总投资,确定出较经济的分离方案为先脱轻组分的常压方案。应用该方案进行实际生产,产品质量符合设计要求,投资回收期仅为10个月左右。
In accordance with the compositions of light hydrocarbons provided by refinery, Ordered Heuristics rules were used in the separation schemes of light hydrocarbons. Coefficients of ease of separation (CES) were calculated for various components; however, CES method was difficult when the differences of CES were small for separated components. The equipment parameters of fractionators, quantities of heating steam and cooling water at different separation sequences and conditions were deter-mined by using PRO/ Ⅱ software to simulate the operation of atmospheric distillation and vacuum distil-lation. Through comparison of total investment of the separation schemes, the more economical scheme was atmospheric distillation, in which the light hydrocarbons were firstly separated. The application of the said separation scheme showed that the product quality met the design requirement and the recovery period of investment was about 10 months.
