摘要
在合成出纯态双金属氮化物Ni_2Mo_3N的基础上,制备了以工业剂型γ-Al_2O_3为载体的负载型双金属氮化物催化剂Ni_2Mo_3N/γ-Al_2O_3,并对其进行了XRD、TEM、H_2-TPR、比表面积等测定和元素组成分析。在加压固定床连续流动反应装置上,考察了Ni_2Mo_3N/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂用于添加均四甲苯的200号溶剂油重芳烃饱和加氢的催化活性。结果表明,10%NiO、30%MoO_3高负载量的Ni_2Mo_3N/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂具有适应油品加氢的孔特性,在缓和条件下,能使溶剂油中重芳烃饱和加氢,具有较高的加氢活性,有可能成为溶剂油超深度脱芳烃的优良催化剂。
Ni2 Mo3 N/γ-Al2 O3, a γ-Al2O3 supported bimetallic nitride, was synthesized as a
catalyst on the basis of pure bimetallic nitride. The structure, surface properties and element analysis of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM, H2-TPR and BET. No. 200 solvent oil added with du-rene was used to study the hydrogenation activity of heavy-aromatics in the solvent oil over the catalysts. It is concluded that high content (10% NiO and 30% MeO3) of Ni2Mo3N on γ-Al2O3 possessed suitable pore properties and high hydrogenation activity at moderate conditions, which is expected to be a good catalyst for deep saturation of heavy aromatics in solvent oil.
