摘要
由石油化工科学研究院开发的RFS-C硫转移剂于长岭石化公司催化剂厂进行了工业放大与试生产。工业试生产较好地实施了连续动态浸渍新工艺的制备流程,首次实现了硫转移剂生产的连续化。在长岭石化公司FCC装置上的工业试用结果表明,RFS-C硫转移剂能较大幅度地降低FCC再生烟气SO_x的排放,加入量为系统中平衡剂质量的约2.5%时,就可符合烟气排放的国家标准,汽油、柴油等液体产品的硫含量也稍有下降的趋势,在有效的使用量范围内,RFS-C硫转移剂不会对装置的产品分布和产品质量产生明显的负面影响,属高性能的硫转移剂产品。
RFS-C SOx transfer promoter, developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, was successfully manufactured in the Catalyst Plant of Changling Petrochemical Company. A new metal loading technology, the continuous dynamic dipping method, was actualized during the manufacture, indicating the first continuous manufacture of SO2 transfer promoter in China. RFS-C SOx. transfer promoter was commercially tested in the FCCU of Changling Petrochemical Company. The commercial trial showed that the said promoter could reduce SO, emission from FCC flue gas remarkably. At the promoter adding amount in catalyst inventory about 2. 5%, the flue gas emission could meet the national standard; the sulfur contents in naphtha and LCO showed somewhat dropping; and no negative effect on product slate and product property was observed.
