摘要
以石油磺酸铵和氧化镁为原料,考察了超碱值石油磺酸镁合成过程中水的加入顺序及加入量对产品性能的影响。通过红外光谱、冷冻蚀刻电子显微镜观测等方法对所合成的超碱值石油磺酸镁产品的组成结构及其性能进行了测试,从合成反应机理方面探讨了水的加入顺序及加入量对产品性能的影响。试验结果表明:水应在碳酸化时加入,而不宜在中和时加入;水的加入量应与加入氧化镁的摩尔数相当。
Using ammonium petroleum sulfonate and magnesia as raw material, the influence
of adding sequence and quantity of Water on the product performance in the synthesizing process of the overbased magnesium petroleum sulfonate was investigated, and discussed with reaction mechanism. The structure and performance of the synthesized product were characterized by freeze-etching electron microscopy and infra-red spectrum, etc. The test result showed that the water was not suitable to add at neutralization, and should be added at carbon acidification; the molar quantities of water and magnesia should be equal.
