摘要
阐述了WL系列原油脱金属剂的评选及经选择的脱金属性能较好的WL-4的工业应用情况。工业应用结果表明,该剂可大大降低原油中Ca,Mg,Fe的含量。当加剂量为8～10μg/g时,原油中Ca平均脱除率为59.90％,Mg平均脱除率为52.73％,Fe平均脱除率为35.43％。
The evaluation and selection of WL series demetallization agent for crude oil were
introduced, and the commercial application of the selected WL-4 agent which having better demetallization performance was presented. The commercial result showed that WL-4 agent could significantly reduce the Ca, Mg and Fe contents in the crude oil. At a dosage of 8-10μg/g, the average removal rates of Ca, Mg and Fe in the crude oil were 59. 90% , 52. 73% and 35. 43. % respectively.
