摘要 介绍了高速列车铝合金齿轮箱体的材料、低压铸造及热处理工艺。采用树脂砂低压铸造试制的高强度铝合金齿轮箱体抗拉强度(σb≥294MPa,延伸率(δ5≥3.5%,硬度HB≥90,内在质量接近国外水平,表面质量良好,能够满足高速列车运行的需要。 The material, low-pressure casting and heat treatment technology for aluminum alloy gear box applied for high speed train are described. The trial high-intension aluminum alloy gear box adopts resin bonded sand low-pressure casting, with tensile strength σb≥294 MPa, elongation σ5≥3.5% and hardness HB≥90. Its inherent quality close to international standard, and fine surface quality are qualified to satisfy the need for the operation of high-speed train.
