摘要
针对市郊及农村的电排站常出现供电质量差、机组起动困难的情况,从设计角度提出了解决问题的各种思路,同时对软起动技术的应用做了初步的尝试.
Aimed at such situations as some electric power stations located in surburb and countryside supply poor quality electricity with unit starting difficutly, several solutions to the problems are presented from its design angle and meanwhile the application about soft start technique has been tried preliminarily.
