摘要
以某型号的连杆为例,首次采用了在Pro/E 2000i2中完成三维实体建模,施加载荷和约束、定义材料的特性和网格剖分等有限元前处理工作;然后导入ANSYS 6.1版本中进行分析,得出连杆应力和变形的计算结果,为连杆的设计制造提供了理论依据。同时也为复杂结构有限元分析,提供了一个既能节省时间,又能准确地反映结构特点和边界条件的建模方法。
In this paper, the strength and stiffness of a connecting-rod is analyzed. Pro/E2000i2 is attempted to finish three-dimensional solid modeling, apply loads and constraints, define material properties and meshing for the first time. ANSYS 6.1 is only used for analysis. The stress and deforming results are calculated. A modeling method for the complete structure is provided, which not only saves the modeling time, but also simulates the structure and boundary conditions accurately.
